I’m Leo, the founder of dpc yoga and the DPC Academy. After completing my degree in Business Administration and spending several years in private banking in Zurich, I followed my passion for movement and mindfulness.

Since 2002, I have been practicing Breaking and continue to actively participate in battles around the world. I have completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and specialize in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and meditation.

My experience in the business world, combined with my discipline as an athlete and my passion for yoga, allows me to offer a unique approach. I understand the challenges of modern life and know how to use yoga to reduce stress, recharge energy, and enhance personal performance.

I am Valeria - Vinyasa Yoga Teacher | Breathwork Facilitator | Somatic Therapist for Women.

Zürich wasn't always my home, I took a big leap (over 1,000 kilometers!) to find myself here. Now, my passion is creating a yoga space that's warm and welcoming, no matter your background. Yoga rocked my world from 2018 on and I want to share that magic with you! I finished my 200h YTT in India and my 300h YTT in Bali based on Vinyasa.

Beyond yoga, I offer breathwork workshops and private sessions. This technique has the potential to release blockages that may be holding you back, both physically and emotionally.

As a somatic therapist I guide women towards holistic well-being by integrating mind, body and spirit.

My passion for dance led me to yoga as a means to enhance my abilities. In 2022, I completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yogkulam in Rishikesh, India. In 2024, I further specialized in Kundalini Yoga with an additional 300-hour training at the Imagine Academy in Zurich.

At dpc health, I create a safe and welcoming space for you to let go and fully arrive in the moment. I am excited to accompany you on your physical and spiritual journey and to be there for you every step of the way.

As critical care veterinarian, I’ve spent years in high-stress environments, sharing energy with my patients and their families.
After suffering from headaches, and anxiety, Yoga became my sanctuary. A place to find grounding, focus, and reconnect with the love I have for myself and others.
Moved by the profound impact Yoga had on my life, I completed my 200-hour Teacher Training to share this gift with others.
Expect Vinyasa, and Ashtanga-Vinyasa-inspired Asana practice, but also philosophy, and meditative practices to fully explore the duality in Yoga, and life.

Sandra understands Yoga as a way of living and lifelong discovery. Every single practice allows her to sense a small shift within herself and her surroundings. For Sandra, Yoga is a state of deep connection and inner
peace. She strongly believes that from this place of union and love we transform ourselves and the world.

Sandra deeply enjoys sharing from the heart the teachings she has received over the years. Her yogic studies include a wide range of Yoga styles and practices.

She completed different trainings, especially in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Her frequent travels to Asia deepened her own practice.

My journey with yoga began about 11 years ago, evolving from a mere physical activity into a daily practice for overall well-being and inner peace.

Recently, I completed a 200h TTC in Rishikesh, India, specializing in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa along with an additional Ayurveda training. 

My interest in the complexity of the human body, the intricacies of our minds, and the depths of spirituality has led me to embrace a holistic approach aimed at enriching vitality and inner calm.

I found yoga early in life and kept it as my best friend through the years. After studying both in Europe and India with some of the most recognized yoga teachers like Lino Miele and Vinay Kumar, I combine my extensive experience in Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga with my background in dance and circus arts. For me practicing yoga means reclaiming the physical dimension as my own home where I can connect with myself and others and expand into life. 

In my teaching I aim for precision and exploration and I share a functional practice based on both science and embodied wisdom. Collective movement is powerful and needed now more than ever so I look forward to welcoming in my classes!
