After two beautiful and transformative retreats together, we’re returning to the magical Swiss Alps to create another warm, grounding, and supportive experience together.

A Pause in the Swiss Alps is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Over five days, we step out of the noise of everyday life and into a space designed for clarity, presence, and inner balance — a pause to return to yourself.

Together we explore yoga, meditation, breathwork, and personal development workshops, alongside nature, shared meals, quiet moments just for you and lots of laughter with a group of likeminded people.

Your facilitators:
Leo from Zürich and Jordan from Australia met during their 300h Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. Together they create a fun, balanced, and deeply supportive retreat space.

Hosted at the luxurious Schweizerhof Flims, surrounded by forest and mountain air, this retreat offers the perfect setting to unwind, reset, and reconnect with what truly matters.
